Christian Cruz (Canton University) was honored as United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Player of the Week as announced on Tuesday.

Nazario-Cruz had a phenomenal week for the Roos hitting .429 in 35 at-bats. He finished the week with 15 hits, 11 runs, eight stolen bases and 7 RBI's. He accumulated 18 total bases, was hit three times and drew seven walks for a .556 on-base percentage. In the outfield he had a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000 as he recorded 12 put outs and added two assists.
